Anchor & Bloom Coaching
Supporting people with ADHD to make everyday life feel more manageable
About Anchor & Bloom
ADHD can affect many parts of day to day life, from focus and organisation to emotions, routines and confidence.
Coaching offers a space to slow things down, understand what is going on, and find practical ways to move forward.
There is no one size fits all approach. We work together to find what works for you.
I offer one to one ADHD coaching for individuals who want to better understand how their brain works and find ways to manage everyday challenges in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
Sessions are collaborative, flexible, and shaped around what feels most important to you.
Common areas we might explore:
• Managing attention and focus
• Getting started with tasks
• Building routines that feel manageable
• Emotional regulation
• Reducing overwhelm
• Building confidence and self trust
If you are wondering whether coaching might be helpful, you are very welcome to get in touch for an initial conversation.
How I can help you
ADHD and neurodivergent coaching.
Practical support to help you understand how your brain works and manage day to day challenges in a way that feels realistic.
Navigating Transitions
Providing steady guidance and emotional tools for individuals experiencing significant life shifts, ensuring they emerge with new resilience and direction.
Cultivating Clarity and Confidence for Every Mind
I spent 16 years working in law, mainly in family law and mediation support roles, helping people navigate some of the most challenging periods in their lives. Whether it was separation or agreeing child arrangements, I found real purpose in supporting others through difficult transitions.
After my department was downsized in August 2024, I took redundancy as an opportunity to retrain as a personal development and business coach.
I’m also late diagnosed autistic and have ADHD, as well as being a single parent to a disabled child. Because of this, I understand first-hand how overwhelming life can feel at times. That’s what drives me to support other neurodivergent individuals in managing their lives in a way that actually works for them.

Working with Ally has been genuinely life-changing. She’s is so kind, patient and understanding and has given me lots of practical tools to help manage my ADHD (for example with my memory and rumination). Thanks to Ally I feel less overwhelmed and more confident managing my ADHD day to day. I’m really grateful for her support and guidance.

Working with this coach has been a genuinely transformative experience. Their ability to listen, challenge my thinking, and provide clear, actionable guidance has helped me gain both confidence and clarity in my personal and professional life. Each session leaves me feeling motivated, focused, and better equipped to move forward. I’ve been able to apply the skills I’ve developed in both professional and personal situations, benefiting not only myself but also those around me. I would highly recommend their coaching to anyone looking to make meaningful, lasting progress.
